PRESS RELEASE

ERA Bogany Properties is proud to announce its partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) also known as an association for Jerry´s Kids.  In an effort to offset the enormous costs involved in researching a cure for this deadly disease, ERA Bogany Properties sponsored a "Jazz Brunch" fundraiser on June 13, 2004. Currently there are 43 neuromuscular diseases, which affect about 1,600 Houston area families.  The cost of research is estimated at $62.00 per minute.  Through the diligence of the staff at ERA Bogany Properties and the commitment from clients, family, friends, and the community, more than $5,000 was raised.  During the Labor Day Weekend Telethon, a contribution check will be presented to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

A special thank you is rendered to Marcus Davis of The Breakfast Klub for extending his restaurant services and Cloris Grimes, a local jazz performer, for providing entertainment.

Various area merchants generously donated auction items to make this event a success.  Event sponsors included:
